Exhibition Space is available to Social Enterprises only.

Exhibition Space is offered as “Shell Scheme Booth.”

Shell scheme includes Panel walls, 1 x florescent light, Fascia Name board, Twin 13A Sockets (3-pin plug, 230 volts).

Shell scheme cost would be £150+VAT Early bird booking Fee valid until March 14th. After March 14th the normal rate of £215+VAT applies. £65 saving for early birds! Tables and Chairs are not included in the Shell Scheme, but may be hired separately.

Exhibition Floor plan – exhibition space is available in 3x2 booths. Multiple spaces can be booked subject to availability. There will be ample opportunities for exhibiting companies to hang promotional banners from their stand space.

Exhibitor Training Sessions

We are running two exhibitor training seminars where you can come along and find out how best to maximise your space and to pick up some tips on successful exhibiting. These events will take place on:

Friday 16th May – Four Seasons Hotel, Monaghan - 10 am until 2pm

Tuesday 20th May – Farset, Springfield Road, Belfast - 10 am until 2pm

Furniture and Fittings

Furniture can be ordered separately as required. Please note that the exhibition hall will be carpeted. Exhibiting companies will receive exhibitor badges that will allow access to all areas of NetWORKS 2008.  Further details will be available in the Exhibition Technical Manual that will be sent to all exhibitors prior to NetWORKS 2008. The manual will include general and technical information.

Exhibition Booking

In order to reserve an exhibition space, please complete the NetWORKS 2008 online booking form, and then send in full payment. Requests will be taken on a first-come first-served basis and will not be confirmed until the full payment is received. Payment should be made by BACS or cheque.
